"Mediation for Orphans' Court"
Patricia T. Brennan is a member of a task force formed in March  2007 to introduce mediation to cases involving will contests and guardianship disputes in the Chester County (PA) Orphans' Court. The task force will  establish mediator qualifications, implement policy and procedural guidelines for the mediators and create opportunities for mediator training in orphans'  court issues. The task force will work with the Chester County judges to put the program into effect.

Girl Scout Delegate
In May 2005, Patricia T. Brennan was appointed a Delegate  to the Girl Scouts of Freedom Valley Council for Area A (Chester County). In  October 2005, she attended the Girl Scouts of the USA National Convention in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of the Freedom Valley delegation. Ms. Brennan was recently honored for her ten years of service to Girl Scouting as a troop leader.

Supreme Court Committee
In January 2002, Patricia T. Brennan was appointed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Committee on Racial and Gender Bias in the Justice System.
